Welcome to Punch Stealth, a product of Punch Digital Strategies, Inc. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Punch Stealth offers brand development, design, and website creation services based on the package you select. Our process combines expert creative work with AI-enhanced efficiencies to deliver high-quality results in less time.

2. Payment

  • Payment for services is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.
  • Work begins after payment is received in full.
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information via the discovery form and any requested materials.
  • Respond promptly to communication and approvals.
  • Understand that delays in providing information or approvals may affect project timelines.

4. Deliverables

Deliverables for each package (Punch Stealth, or Custom Stealth) are outlined on the Punch Stealth homepage. Each package includes a specific number of revisions as listed on that page. Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Final, approved brand assets and website designs become the property of the client upon full payment.
  • Punch Digital Strategies retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
  • Any unused concepts or drafts remain the property of Punch Digital Strategie

6. Website Hosting & Management

  • Websites are developed on WordPress and may be hosted via WP Engine if you choose Punch Stealth Hosting.
  • Hosting through Punch Stealth is subject to a recurring monthly hosting fee.
  • If you choose a different hosting provider, we will provide the completed site files after final approval.

7. Use of AI Tools

Punch Stealth uses AI-powered tools (including ChatGPT via an enterprise account) to accelerate aspects of the creative process.

Client data remains confidential and is not used to train public AI models. All AI outputs are reviewed and approved by our team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Punch Digital Strategies is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Losses caused by hosting outages, third-party platform issues (e.g., WP Engine, Stripe, HubSpot), or force majeure events.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
